Sudan's unifying fashion Why would anyone want to look like her?Excuse me if I seem crass but why would anyone WANT to look like any of these ridiculous people? YES it is a scary thought that they still have not realized they are dust-covered antiquities. Published 10 months ago by Lorraine ?
Perfect for Medical/Lab Work, March 29, 2009 By Victor Shikhman (The Frosty Tundra of the upper MidWest) - See all my reviews(REAL NAME) I bought these as a replacement to closed toe clogs I used in the laboratory. Yeah, yeah, it's not procedurally safe, but I own my own business so bite meBeing on my feet much of the day (and night), on hard concrete floors, I had just assumed that it was natural for my feet and calves to feel tired. About two weeks into wearing crocs, I realized I wasn't instinctively raising my feet up after work. That's one of those pleasant surprises one would like share with friends, but they didn't care much. If only we could pick our friends like we pick our shoes...I'm usually a sucker for shoe advertisements, like those air pumps in the 90s that were supposed to make you fly... All shoes feel great in the store, when they're brand new with plush innards. With time, the padding settles, they get stinky and you find yourself on cheating on them with a new pair. The crocs have completely met my expectations long term; I haven't looked at a pair of clogs/sandals since my purchase (although with summer coming... they're not exactly beach wear).I've had them for six months, wear them six days a week, at least 6-10 hours a day. They're very versatile, light as a feather, haven't cracked, easy to clean, do not get stinky, as soft as the day I got them and worth every penny of the $30 or so bucks I spent on them.I would strongly recommend them for ANYONE working in a laboratory or medical setting, where you are continually strutting around on hard, sterile concrete floors. Although, if you work with chemicals, please do check out the ones with a closed front and no upper ventilation holes. The only negative thing I can say about them is that my feet tend to sweat in them, so wearing socks is a must, unless you want sweaty cold slippery rubber under your toes... ement I've received, from family, friends, girlfriend, etc. is that they look like big black monsters on my feet. If you're into that, black is the way to go. If not, I would strongly recommend a more spunky, lighter color, like blue, grey, even green or yellow. The geeks in the lab will forgive and forget ;)
Sudan's unifying fashion Not worth itVery cheaply made Leather feels like plastic and the soles are incredibly thin and slipperyI tried them on in the house and slid on the wood floor. It felt like these boots would fall apart after a few uses. Color was a different brown from the pic online. I did like the buckles/placement of the buckles, they were the only thing I liked about them. Sending them back...
